how long do i have to complete the training?

Once you have logged in and started the training you will have as much time as you need to complete the training.

The Food Protection Manager Exam time limit is 2 hours.

The Food Handler Exam time limit is 1 hour.

Can i work through the training on my Mobile Device?

Yes, you can work through any of the training courses on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. However, the Food Manager remote proctored final exam must be taken on a tablet or computer with a camera and audio. If you experience any issues while accessing training on your phone, please contact 512-996-0909.

Are there any prerequisites to take the course?

No, our courses are designed to teach you all you need to take and pass the final exams.
