Amarillo Pool Technician Course

• Types of pools and permitting requirements.
• Barrier security, entry and exit structures, and decking requirements.
• Signage relating to safety, pool rules, and depth and floor markings.
• Circulation systems and main drains.
• Water chemistry and chemical storage.
• Recreational water illness, how they are spread and prevented.
• When are lifeguards required.
• Spas and PIWFs.
• The math necessary to manage a pool to keep the water clean and safe.

We've made it easy to receive your CPT Certificate to meet state, local, and company standards and begin work as quickly as possible. This course includes:

• An overview of pool safety issues, rules, and practices so you'll know how to keep your pool and surrounding areas safe.
• Self-paced lessons that take less than 15 minutes and have a voice-over option that reads the lesson aloud.
• A final test once all the lessons are completed. To get your Certified Pool Technician Certificate, you must achieve a 70%.
