In Texas, obtaining a food manager certificate is simple. All you have to do is finish a training program and pass an exam to get a food manager card that is valid in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, or anywhere else in Texas. It is not, however, valid outside of Texas.
The Texas Certified Food Manager Course & Exam has been developed to meet the Texas Department of State Health Services accreditation requirements by training experts with the guidance of health department food safety officials and food management professionals. It is periodically updated to stay current with food codes and to improve quality; learn about changes.
Both the English and Spanish versions of the course will be available to you when you purchase the course.
